From December 1 to 4, the Official FIDIC International Contract Users’ Conference and Awards 2025 was held in London. During the first day, FIDIC presented its renowned Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Forum, where key and emerging issues in the prevention and resolution of disputes were discussed.
On the second day, the winners of the FIDIC Contract Users’ Awards 2025 were announced. These awards recognize excellence in the use of FIDIC contract models for project execution and highlight best practices in collaboration worldwide.
On the third day, Jaime Gray, founding partner of NPG Abogados, participated as the only Peruvian speaker at this important event. During his presentation, he addressed the main criteria for the effective use of FIDIC contracts in the execution of complex projects.
Finally, attendees received updates on FIDIC contracts that are currently being planned or developed, as well as presentations by leading legal and contractual experts on the most recent topics in the dynamic field of international construction contracts.
