Fiorella Reyes

Fiorella is an excellent leader with a solid grounding in Construction Law, State contracting, national and international arbitration and Dispute Boards. She graduated in Law from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2011, focusing on specialized areas that demand a high level of expertise and strategic skills.

Fiorella has complemented her knowledge with several postgraduate qualifications, including a Diploma in Construction Management from ESAN, a Diploma in Arbitration from the Universidad Pacifico and is currently in the process of obtaining a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.

Since joining NPG in 2013, Fiorella has excelled in both international and national arbitrations, offering specialized consulting in Construction Law, focusing on international standardized contracts used in the construction industry. Her consulting includes advice on the administration and contractual management of projects, providing an authoritative voice on these complex issues.

She began her career as a legal assistant in the legal department of UPC. In addition, she has shared her knowledge as a lecturer at the Universidad Continental, teaching on FIDIC and NEC standardized construction contracts and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.

Fiorella leads the Knowledge Management product, a training service specialized in the use of FIDIC or NEC standardized contracts, construction contract management and the use of dispute resolution mechanisms such as Dispute Boards. Her commitment to excellence and her strategic approach make Fiorella an indispensable member of our team.
