Vilma is responsible for the administrative and accounting area at NPG Abogados.
She has a solid academic background and is specialized in finance, taxation and administration in the construction sector, distinguishing herself with a Master's Degree in Administration at the UPC and for completing postgraduate studies at ESAN and the Universidad de Lima.
Since joining NPG in 2007, Vilma has worked tirelessly on the task of overseeing the accounting, treasury, logistics and human resources areas. Before joining NPG, she accumulated experience in leading companies such as Graña y Montero, Haug, Grupo Intervida (Edpyme Raíz) and Roure Construcciones, among others.
Her ability to manage efficiently the administrative and accounting areas has been key to maintaining the high standard of quality and efficiency at NPG. Vilma is recognized for her commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial and administrative management, contributing significantly to the success and continued growth of the firm.
