Katherine Waidhofer

Katherine is a key lawyer in NPG's legal team. She graduated with a Law degree from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2011, and has developed an outstanding career in the areas of Construction Law, Civil Law, Dispute Boards, Dispute Resolution Boards and Arbitration.
She holds a Master's degree in “Sciences in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution” from King's College London (2017-2018).
Her track record since 2012 has demonstrated a commitment to excellence. She is a university lecturer at the UPC Graduate School.
Katherine is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) - Peru Chapter, consolidating her leadership and recognition in the national and international legal field.
Her dedication to conflict management makes Katherine an indispensable leader in the NPG team, providing our clients with innovative and strategic solutions.
