Lawyer graduated from Bachelor in 1994. Licensed at the University of Lima. Experienced in the field of Civil Procedural Law, Banking Law and Administrative Law.

Incorporated to the Order of the Bar Association of Lima. Diploma in Public Procurement by the University of Lima and in Project Management (PMA) by the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (CENTRUM).

Work experience in the banking financial system, developing myself as Officer and Judicial Advocate at Banco Wiese Ltda., Banco Wiese Sudameris and Scotiabank.

Likewise, he was developed as Legal Adviser in the Ministry of Culture, assigned to the Decentralized Culture Directorate of Callao, supporting the Directorate of the entity in the issuance of Resolutions and Reports of its jurisdiction.

Executor of projects destined to a greater efficiency in the work and control of trials.
