Specialist in Concessions, Contracts with the State, with great experience collected through its passage by the Arbitration Management of CONSUCODE, today OSCE, as well as exhibitor of the Public Contracting standard.

He also has experience in the management of construction contracts, conflict resolution in the selection procedures and during contractual execution, participation in the various selection procedures to contract with the State, issues related to Administrative Law.

He has had an active and extensive participation in important projects at national level, both as administrator of these contracts, as well as consultant.
